We seek a Healthcare System VP – Innovative Growth & Community Care, who has a proven track record for:
Leading the development and execution of innovative social impact initiatives, including;
Key performance indicators
Leading an organization’s strategy and approach to manage relationships, share knowledge and engage in thought leadership on healthcare innovation opportunities, public sector intersections, and philanthropic trends.
Cultivating a healthy, high-performing team by prioritizing collective success, team development, clear expectation setting, and regular performance assessment.
Leveraging networks to build business development pipelines and grow portfolio of innovative solutions.
Driving new opportunities and partnerships by serving as the organizational brand ambassador and representing an organization and communicating their unique value proposition to external partners.
This position oversees and expands PeaceHealth’s evolving portfolio of community collaboratives and multi-sector partnerships.
Works closely with the executive leadership team and collaborating across the organization, this position will have accountability for PeaceHealth’s overall community partnership and innovation strategy and will manage senior level staff.
The VP will be a forward-thinking strategic partner who will embrace PeaceHealth’s mission to accelerate social change, timely innovative initiatives/partnerships, and ensure growth is energetic and sustainable.
Will partner with the executive and senior leadership teams to assess new opportunities and make recommendations based on strategic alignment and feasibility of the opportunity.
Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program in a medical or clinical specialty is required.
Completion of an MBA, MHA or secondary college education in a business or health administration field is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of strategic leadership is required.
Demonstrated understanding of social impact partnership development, navigation of complex systems within a Healthcare environment.
Licensed as a Physician in the state where they will reside.
