Insight Global SPC Quality Engineer in Vancouver, Washington

Job Description

The Statistical Process Control (SPC) Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the SPC program within manufacturing processes to enhance quality and operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement goals.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field

3-5 years of experience with SPC systems in a manufacturing or similar environment

Proficiency in SPC software: camLine OR Capstone, Tibco

Strong understanding of statistical principles and control charting Masters degree

Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., JMP, SAS, Minitab) and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with ISO9001, IATF16949, and quality management systems

Coding/programming experience

Strong communication skills null
