Home Printing Solutions is looking for the right person to guide the definition, development & qualification of robust experiences and solutions- delivered along various Integration Points with experience reviews in the Program Lifecycle, on behalf of our customers, and our business. Come accelerate us towards delightful experiences!ResponsibilitiesUnderstand experience roadmaps, which show how experiences will manifest and evolve across printer products, identify where experiences drive HW requirements, interactions across the system, and need specific validation plans.Drive towards clear definition, documentation and communication of experiences with horizontal partners (with future product marketing/ Design/ Software/ Solutions)Ensure Experience/Solution validation plans exist & are carried out across Integration Points, as assets come "on line."Integrate & demo experiences with HW: pre-validation to accelerate feedback to asset teams (or system designers); post-validate demo to stakeholders to close loop early.Work with printer program managers, to align on how experiences will (need to) manifest on their products.Drive towards an aligned, documented, and communicated system design, working with asset leads to determine how they (the contributing assets) work together to create the experiences.Ensure that assets have complete sets of experience-supporting requirementsDrive assets to commitment on schedule that enables Experience/Solution validation; where gaps stubbornly remain, communicate gaps & choice points through printer program teams and management forums.Ensure assets have qualification plans in support of Experience/Solution validation.Bring key experience "creators" & "qualifiers" to the same table early & often, to increase iterative collaboration, and to increase everyone's understanding of the customer and business value being created, so all can innovate and maximize their contribution.Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Typically 4-6 years experience in management.PMP/PMI certification a plus.Helpful Knowledge and SkillsUsing Roadmaps as communication toolFW & SW Requirement definitionSystem Design, documentation, or negotiationAsset team engagement & requirement definition and coordinationProgram ManagementSystems integrationAgile and/or Waterfall development model experience, delivering to HW, SW Application, or Web Service launchesSW/App dev or qualification experienceWorking within complex systemsUsing project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.Where legally permitted, an offer of employment is conditional upon you providing proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as defined by the CDC) as of your first day of employment.HP is an equal opportunity employer:#LI-POSTAbout HP You're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible-in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
