Description

Jamie Benway with Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our team in the Construction/Contractor industry located in Vancouver, Washington. As a Senior Real Estate Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accounting, analysis, and financial support to a project team, and performing various accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and financial support to project teams

• Perform various accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the team

• Interact with various staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient

• Work on in-house developed projects where the client is an internal entity

• Perform month-end close activities and provide reports as needed

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000

Requirements • In-depth knowledge of the construction and contractor industry

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role

• Familiarity with property management principles and regulations

• Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in financial modeling and feasibility studies

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or relevant field

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
