Senior People Systems Analyst -- Medical Management International, Inc. (dba Banfield Pet Hospital) -- Headquarters, Vancouver, WA 98683 / may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.  Duties: Develop and maintain Workday integrations and reports, and perform system security administration. Provide technical solutions for the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform to balance security, supportability, and usability and manage Workday HCM. Create computer systems for complex, integrated enterprise platforms for advanced and complex reports, dashboards, and analytics impacting over 60,000 employees. Lead key business unit stakeholders and other internal technology groups, to understand technical specifications and create processes to deliver advanced computer operation features and services based on complex human resources and business requirements. Plan, design and deliver new Workday integrations across modules to support operations including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, IAM, ITSM, Training, and Recruiting/ATS. Assess existing complex computer systems integrations for performance trends and deliver performance improvements while reducing complexity of interfaces. Serve as expert for Workday platform, solving issues, and confer with business unit stakeholders, People Systems, People Solutions, and users to identify problems within the application and troubleshoot for root cause. Maintain advanced technical and industry trend knowledge, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, and webinars. Support Business Process Design, Security, Reporting, BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool), HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, and Integrations. Develop Custom Reports, and Calculated Fields. Act as an Subject Matter Expert for projects, feature releases, and issue resolution. Work with business users, vendors, and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan, and implement projects. Propose solutions by gathering extensive data, conducting research and presenting a recommended solution. Work with different teams to gain cross-functional cooperation and collaboration during implementations. Understand new functionality and assist business stakeholders in using Workday efficiently. Up to 15% travel required, may include international travel. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted) AND Experience: 5 years' progressive post bachelor's experience as Software Engineer, Sr. Systems Analyst, or similar position. Skills/Requirements: 5 years' experience designing and implementing Cloud systems; and 5 years' Workday system administration, maintenance, and integration experience supporting business process design, security, reporting, BIRT, HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll. All experience, skills, and requirements may be gained concurrently. Salary range is $156,083 to $158,000/year.
