You will be part of an engineering team that delivers solutions for Humana's data and systems supporting healthcare providers. Our engineering team works in Microsoft technology stacks with a mix of cloud and on premise applications, APIs, as well as large volume data integrations. You will work with architects, leads, management and business teams in getting solutions forward.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. This role will focus on development and engineering in .Net stack.
Responsibilities

Responsible for setting direction to mature the technology associated with the team.
Develop critical components for the overall solution
Execute POC/POT as required by the solution
Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities associated with supporting the application area.
Serve as SME for components of the team.
Partner with architects for maturing use of retiring adding technology components in the environment.
Provide technical guidance to projects programs for complex components of a multiple technology suites.
Lead efforts to develop standard practices, components, guidelines for use of complex technology components.
Lead teams to resolve urgent and high production incidents.
Lead actions to determine root cause of problems and drive resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience in working in large team setting
Experience in engineering solutions in Microsoft .Net stack
Experience with legacy services and modern APIs
Experience in working Azure Cloud
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and knowledge of database models, queries and optimizations.
Practical knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Cloud Certifications in any of the major cloud platforms

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
