We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support HP Consumer Services, a strategic priority of the company. HP Consumer Services spans across both the PC and Print segments and is currently spearheaded by our flagship subscription service called HP Instant Ink, with over 10M customers worldwide. With HP Instant Ink, customers never run out of ink, have the flexibility to choose and change plans, and can recycle with ease. HP Instant Ink represents one the company\'s top DTC (Direct to Customer) business models and will give you visibility at the highest levels in the company. The Senior Analyst will need to have experience in Direct to Consumer business models that are sold as a subscription with recurring revenue streams. We are looking for experienced finance professionals who understand the As-a-Service model, including how to manage Device as a Service, calculate CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), prepare per unit economics of the customer LTV (Lifetime Value) and all metrics associated with a recurring revenue business. Specially, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for current financial performance and work closely with business category and other functions to manage the current to next 12 months of financial performance. This includes developing and analyzing key metrics of growth and profitability vs. benchmarks. The Senior Analyst will be integral to the growth of Consumer Services and be involved with supply chain and service delivery optimization, investments and cost management. The candidate\'s critical thinking ability, judgement and experience will be important in the role. They will provide financial advisory and consulting on processes, programs and projects to program managers, their staff and as well as executives. Prior experience in a subscription and service business required for this position. Main Responsibilities: Current Business Finance and prepare the financial results for the current period, forecast for the subsequent period and set the budget for the year. Assist with a recurring revenue book of business with focus on ARR, churn rates, average revenue per subscriber, upgrade/downgrade rates, upsell opportunities and attach values. Work with Controllership on managing the financial hierarchy of the consumer services business, including any required compliance with restatements and segment reporting. Work with Treasury to reflect the cost of work capital and ensure it is properly reflected in the financial results and forecast. Weekly reviews with the markets and category to assess the Consumer Services\' financial position, determining key levers to help achieve the quarterly forecast and ensure a high level of predictability. Assessment of value creation from different customer offers by subscription plan, market, etc. Understand the impact of the fish model from changes to new subscribers and cumulative subscribers. Promote the engagement model with business and finance partner organizations including enhancing relationship with the Hardware, Software, Service Delivery and GTM organizations. Establish design criteria for the financial system and tools to incorporate specific requirements of the service offerings, including bundling of services, cost structure, revenue recognition policies, etc. Strong communication skills are a must as this role will work with various levels of management, both in finance and the business, and must be able to clearly relay results of analytical projects as well as monthly and q
