Riverview Bank Senior Branch Banking Officer (Regional Manager) - REGIO002256 in Vancouver, Washington

Position Summary:
The Senior Branch Banking Officer is responsible for the effective performance of branches within their assigned region, including operations, production, client service, training, security, and safety in accordance with the banks objectives. They promote our sales and service culture through coaching and staff motivation. The Senior Branch Banking Officer leads in achieving individual, branch, regional, and bank-wide goals through new business development, referrals, and retention of account relationships. They serve as an Ambassador of our banks mission, vision, and values, providing leadership, accountability, encouragement, and training to branch managers and teams in the pursuit of our banks core purpose.

The salary for this role will be between $119,585 -$185,357. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicants skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards.
