The Senior Accountant will have responsibility for:

-Development property accounting

-Intercompany accounting and reconciliations

-Property financial reporting

-Cash reporting

-Ad hoc projects

Requirements

Requirements of the position:

-Degree in accounting or finance

-3 years' experience in full cycle accounting

-Solid GAAP knowledge

-Strong Excel expertise

-Property or real estate accounting a plus
