Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding career opportunity? PeaceHealth, a mission-driven healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in beautiful Vancouver, Washington.
About the Role: As a full time Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care, from initial referral to post-procedure follow-up. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing compassionate care, education, and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and develop clinical guidelines for outpatient and inpatient cardiac services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and referring physicians.
Facilitate patient education and support throughout the TAVR process.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
At least 3 years of cardiac nursing experience, including 2 years in a hospital setting.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MSL.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Cardiovascular Nurse Certification (CVRN or CCVN) preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software.
