Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding career opportunity? PeaceHealth, a mission-driven healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in beautiful Vancouver, Washington.

About the Role: As a full time Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care, from initial referral to post-procedure follow-up. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing compassionate care, education, and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop clinical guidelines for outpatient and inpatient cardiac services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and referring physicians.

  • Facilitate patient education and support throughout the TAVR process.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

  • At least 3 years of cardiac nursing experience, including 2 years in a hospital setting.

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MSL.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

  • Cardiovascular Nurse Certification (CVRN or CCVN) preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software.
