What you'll do:
Provide leadership and guidance to staff
Manage resources and ensure fiscal responsibility
Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
Promote problem-solving and patient safety
What you bring:
Current Washington or Multistate RN license
BLS & ACLS certifications
2+ years of experience in acute care setting
BSN or MSN preferred; must obtain BSN with 3 years of hire.
