Clearwater Living is a growing senior living company based out of Newport Beach, CA.
We are looking for an entry-level Recruiter / Assistant to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. Candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and on-boarding as well as other human resources procedures.

Oversee front line hiring needs of our communities
Manage candidates in applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support Executive Directors in candidate screening and hiring processes
Source candidates through databases and social media
Partners with Executive Director and department leaders to anticipate future staffing needs and make strategic staffing decisions
Provide a positive experience for hiring managers, staff, and candidates
Prioritize professional growth and self-development through ongoing training and feedback
- Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Familiarity with social media, especially Indeed and LinkedIn
Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
