Business Summary - System Integration and System Engineering organization, we qualify Print Solutions, focus Eco System Integration, E2E customer Flow Validation to ensure quality across the Print Echo System. As part of System Engineering, focus to Analyze, Triage, find the root cause of complex system engineering bugs to expedite the defect fix cycle.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the Intake Process, System Integration Test, Triage complex system engineering defects, collaborate with the Dev teams to layout the Test plan, Triage for root cause and maintenance of complex software systems that meet specific business needs or technical requirements. The role works at the intersection of software development, system architecture, and project management to ensure the successful development and deployment of software solutions that address a wide range of challenges and requirements. The role optimizes software systems for enhanced performance, scalability, and resource efficiency to deliver an optimal end-user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Intake process for System Integration and System Engineering activities, dashboard reporting ( Jira ), PowerPoint presentations.

  • Coordinating with all development stake holders and align the release priorities.

  • Monitors and tests application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifies possible solutions, and works with developers to implement those fixes.

  • Analyzes defects and determines root cause , involving required asset/component owners.

  • Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs, and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.

  • Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation, Leads a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.

  • Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software systems Integration , Triage status, project progress, and issue resolution.

  • Represents the software systems engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects.

  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in FW, Software and Cloud , systems engineering, computer programming language, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $102,500 -- $150,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
