HP, Inc. Print Initiatives Lead- GTM Marketing in Vancouver, Washington

The Print Initiatives lead is a critical team member in the GTM Print Strategy Team. You will be a thought partner to key stakeholders i.e. Commercial Organization, Global Marketing and Market Marketing, Centers of Excellence teams to influence marketing collaboration and execution against "big rocks" ideas to grow the print business, as well as build the marketing investment rationale for these ideas. You will influence cross functional stakeholders to steer and shepherd the ideas to ensure maximum marketing impact and ROI; based on marketing data analysis and best practice sharing from markets . Responsibilities: *Partner with Market Marketing and key stakeholders to identify growth themes, build analytical fact base to support these ideas and develop business case. *Build deep insights about print market performance by leveraging internal and external insights and data warehouses*Aid markets to secure impact from the marketing budget by collaborating to support the execution of key strategic initiatives.*Work closely with Global Marketing teams to build in market learnings into the develop and execution of marketing strategies*Work with global Commercial Organization and marketing team to help incubate and scale specific organizational-wide program initiatives. Share best practices with other markets*Direct/supervise the development/deployment of program goals/benchmarks and measurement of results using appropriate marketing metrics.Education and Experience Required: *BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.*10+ years marketing experience and/or solution development.*Experienced in working with multi source data to build Business Intelligence dashboards .*Industry, sales, channel and/or program management experience.*Exposure to global roles/ projects Knowledge and Skills: *Excellent Problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills with a track record of independently engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization *Distinctive interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.*Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.*In-depth knowledge industry across Hardware, services and Supplies.*Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills*Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and taking on high-level ideas.*Openness to working in remote global teams across time zonesAbout HPYou're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible-in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
