As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be expected to bring:

Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and zoning regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats in a positive, professional manner
5+ years of experience in pre-construction, construction or architectural design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within custom or on your lot residential building.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Create the policies, procedures, and goals of the pre-construction process.
Train and mentor the Project Administrators, assist in hiring and managing performance.
Oversee the performance of the pre-construction KPIs and work with regional management to make improvements where needed.
Help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all team members are working toward company goals.
Maintain a focus on continual improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Project Planning & Coordination:
Manage the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base of jurisdictional and other requirements.
Manage the process and maintenance of discontinued product, cancellations and change orders with collaboration of other department leaders.

Wage Range:
$80,000 - $90,000 annual salary
Annual Bonus potential
