Acara Solutions Office Manager in Vancouver, Washington

Description Acara Solutions is seeking an Office Manager for a safety solutions company located in Vancouver, WA. Salary up to $70k/year 100% onsite (Zip Code 98665) We are seeking a versatile professional to manage key accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and daily financial reporting. This role also involves handling contracts, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with insurance and licensing requirements. You'll generate invoices, maintain financial documentation, and support project management tasks. Additionally, you'll provide crucial administrative support, from booking travel to organizing documents.
