The Learning Technologist role will play a leadership role in creating a seamless, end-to-end digital learning experience in support of employees' development and career growth. This role will partner with other members of the TL&C team, HR Systems, and IT to plan for and deliver an integrated learning ecosystem that takes advantage of the best and most innovative learning technology.

Responsibilities
Translate employee needs and next generation learning experiences into technology implementation projects:
Continuously scan the environment to sense/understand what is meaningful and simple for our workforce and translate that into systems/processes requirements.
Translate learning program/process designs into innovative, technologically forward thinking and operationally efficient solutions that support a simple and engaging learner experience.
Innovate and grow the learning technology product portfolio:
Lead learning technology strategy discussions with key internal stakeholders to achieve a well-orchestrated and aligned plan that ensures an integrated employee learning experience.
Leverage strategic and critical thinking to articulate how the portfolio of solutions we own can evolve into the future in alignment with business objectives and integrate into the overall learning strategy.
Collaborate with HR Systems, IT, and vendors to plan, implement, and build the right features / enhancements with a focus on solutions that solve for enterprise needs.
Act as strategic business partner and forge productive relationships:
Cultivate and grow key internal and external relationships to continuously learn about and articulate evolving needs and emerging solutions.
Form and engage in productive partnerships with critical internal HR and IT stakeholders – to evangelize the work we do; ensure a collective understanding of the experience we want to create and scale it effectively across the organization.
Continuously manage the delivery of solutions with the end-user in mind:
Manage complex learning technology implementation and configuration projects in partnership with other People COEs, HR Systems and IT.
Use a combination of product knowledge, data, and teamwork to ensure we provide well-crafted solutions.
Education, Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. Advanced university degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in the field of learning technologies
Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing complex projects in a global, large organization.
Strong technical skills, including experience with learning management systems, learning experience platforms, authoring tools, and other learning technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Passion for learning and development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for employees.

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location , at the time of this posting, is $115,000 - $145,000 USD. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
