TennMax America International Shipping/Receiving Coordinator in Vancouver, Washington

The position is full time M-F 8:00 - 4:30. *What you'll do: *
- Print daily reports to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
- Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped
- Process orders based on the shipping requirements (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Freight, etc.)
- Contact carriers and schedule shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
- Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks
- Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure accuracy of deliveries
- Receive and ship orders in the ERP system
- Other various duties as required Who we want:
- Strong computer knowledge; including Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse experience is preferred
