Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry of employee information into the organization's HRIS, including confidential personal details, employment information, benefit selections and time and attendance details.
  • Generate and develop standard and customized reports on regular and ad-hoc schedules.
  • Complete onboarding of new personnel for the Company by processing new hire paperwork.
  • Assists in providing support for the Company HRIS system and other related HRIS software.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the HRIS application, UKG Pro, including upgrades, configuration, testing, reporting, training materials, support and documentation.
  • Support HRIS Supervisor with the administration and project management for upgrades and version releases.
  • Complete required audit and validation procedures related to employee core data.
  • Provide training both initially and ongoing to new users, specifically managers.
  • Assist in the analysis of work processes and identification of efficiencies.
  • Support and adherence to Company's Core Values.
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Bachelors in related field or combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in HRIS field.
  • UKG experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills preferred.

Must know how to calculate payroll.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of files, conversations and documents.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time.
