We are seeking seasonal Spanish speaking HR Clerks at Northwest Packing, in Vancouver, WA. Summary Provides administrative support in the area of Human Resources in a unionized manufacturing environment. Responsible for day to day tracking of personnel based on specific production schedules and audits online time and attendance. Works with shift manager to ensure all staff are present and replacements called in. Does a walk through in plant to ensure employees are in proper place and proper work stations. Works with Safety Coordinator to ensure employees are using proper protective equipment and may assist with hands on job specific employee training. Answers busy phones and answers employee questions at a busy personnel window or answering phones. Works on miscellaneous project work. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in general office; manufacturing experience preferred. At least 1 year of HR experience preferred. High school diploma or GED.
