Aston Carter Financial Analyst in Vancouver, Washington

Seeking Financial Analyst with 3+ years of experience;

MUST HAVES

  • Budgeting forecasting experience

  • Strong computer/tech skills

  • Manufacturing industry experience

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Cost/Pricing Analysis

  • Experience developing or standardizing processes

  • ERP implementation experience

  • Data visualization

Description:

  • Perform monthly financial statement gap analysis with commentary for internal dashboard and external bank reporting

  • Assess economics of a wide range of corporate initiatives and investments decisions, and present solutions to management

  • Review financial statements vs budget as part of month-end pre-closing process

  • Provide business partner support to operations, sales, accounting and HR as needed

  • Participate in the annual budgeting and reforecasting exercises

  • Assist with ERP implementation

  • Perform other duties as assigned by VP of Finance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.S degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • Ability to work independently, including resolution of complex accounting issues in areas of responsibility

  • Ability to analyze complex data, generate alternatives and clearly communicate salient findings to drive positive change

  • Demonstrated understanding of key financial processes

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines, problem-solving

  • Must have intermediate-advanced level of Excel skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
