Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) has been changing lives since 1967 and we have grown to become the leading provider of comprehensive early childhood education and family support programs. EOCF is one of the largest social service organizations in Southwest Washington and is the second largest nonprofit organization in Clark County with an annual operating budget of just under $14 million and approximately 265 employees. EOCF serves more than 2,000 children and families in Clark, Pacific, and the Woodland portion of Cowlitz County.

If so, the Executive Assistant might be the right match for you! The Executive Assistant is a member of EOCF's executive management team, reporting to the Executive Director, with responsibility for supporting the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors. ______________________________.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Associate degree in business administration, management or related field
Four+ years of experience providing corporate-level executive assistance
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Experience recording minutes and heavy calendar management
Communicate effectively, work cooperatively and exercise good judgement with staff and clients from diverse cultural, socio-economic and educational backgrounds
Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing duties and effectively managing time
This full-time, benefited position is budgeted for 2080 hours / 250 days per year (November through October) with a salary range of $52,353+ DOE.
