FULL-SERVICE LAW FIRM IN VANCOUVER, WA is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their established and growing Estate Planning, Probate, and Tax practice. The successful candidate will be able to support clients in all aspects of estate planning and administration, probate, and tax planning needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft, review and finalize legal documents associated with estate planning and probate administration.

• Provide credible and timely legal advice to existing and potential clients.

• Handle settlements for legal disputes in probate.

• Conduct comprehensive and meaningful client meetings to extract necessary information.

• Take a proactive role in fostering relationships with clients while ensuring high levels of client service.

• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations adeptly for clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 with eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with up to 6% match, flexible paid time off, and more.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited law school and have an active Washington State Bar license in good standing.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probates.

• Possess excellent analytical abilities and detail-oriented work approach.

• Uphold high levels of integrity and professional ethics.
