Insight Global is excited to announce that one of the largest silicon wafer manufacturers is looking to onboard an permanent Equipment Maintenance Technician to their team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role the Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and repairing manufacturing equipment.

Day to Day:

 - Perform daily and preventive maintenance on Epitaxial Reactors

 - Responsible for trouble shooting and repairing any equipment used during Epitaxial Wafer Manufacturing.

 - Use basic hand tools to repair machinery

 - Document and record tasks using MMS (Manufacturing Management System)

Skills and Requirements

• 1+ years working with basic hand tools, troubleshooting machinery, and electrical or mechanical aptitude.

   - Able to work independently and as a team

   - Must be able to pass a background check - Any experience working within the semiconductor industry

   - Automation or PLC experience null
