Responsibilities Leads the Implementation of eMAR integrations to develop timelines and working with key stakeholders and external eMAR vendors to ensure a successful integration leveraging AS/400 and or Framework application. Complete required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces. Review and coordinate implementation components and timelines with all customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to support pharmacy operating procedures in the facility. Identify and prioritize issues and concerns the document and communicate to leadership. Coordinate in-services, training, and audits in accordance with guidelines and best practice. Provides eMAR integration product support to new and existing customers as it relates to the implementation and/or integration process. Consult with internal teams, partner companies, new / existing customers, and third party system vendors. Problem solves, including field incoming requests, dealing with issues proactively, suggesting solutions that meet and exceeds customer's needs. Remote into workstations / applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Provide post implementation and on-going eMAR / EHR interface integration support by working independently with customers for successful resolution. Performs other tasks as assigned.
