This is a position with global grade 12 This position reports to Service Manager Your role and responsibilities In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the execution of medium-sized projects. Your daily mission? To meticulously align all related activities with established procedures, regulations, and industry standards. Your expertise will shine as you guide project team members toward achieving requirements, delivering contracted milestones, and exceeding project goals. The work model for the role is: remote #LI-Remote You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the role Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required 5 years of experience in the electrical industry working as a subject matter expert or project manager with paralleling switchgear, protection and control systems, electrical energy management systems, or electrical field services in the data center or power generation/distribution market Ability to travel as necessary up to 25-30% of the time to support project kickoff and execution or as necessary to support successful execution of assigned projects Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors Knowledge of IEC61850, GE Zenith, ABB Protection and Control offerings (ZEE600, SSC600, PCM600 and associated relay hardware), Woodward Governor Controls, and/or Envisage energy management solutions is a plus PMP Certification is a plus.
