Our client is a well-known multinational food manufacturer and Petcare Organization and they are looking for a Director of Digital Change Management to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The Director of Digital Change Management will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing change management strategies and initiatives across the organization as it relates to digital global programs. This role ensures that changes are effectively managed and communicated to minimize the impact on associates and stakeholders, while maximizing organizational benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, human resources, communications, training, and project management, to ensure a coordinated approach to change management activities. Also, this role will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure that objectives are met. responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management related to digital strategies and plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives and overall vision.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, human resources, communications, training, and project management, to ensure a coordinated approach to change management activities.

  • Identify and assess change impacts on the organization, its associates, stakeholders, and processes, and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Design and deliver change management initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and support materials, to facilitate effective change adoption.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure that objectives are met.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during the change process.

  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and associates on change management best practices, methodologies, and tools.

  • Develop and maintain change management resources and tools, including guidelines, templates, and checklists, to support consistent and effective change management practices across the organization.

  • Oversee the change management budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the achievement of financial objectives.

  • Continuously stay informed on change management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and this knowledge to drive ongoing improvement and innovation

  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated ability to understand, manage, and respond effectively to emotions, both in oneself and in others.
