TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, Washington

Currently seeking Corporate Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a growing retail company in Vancouver, WA!

Job Description:

  • Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warranty claims

  • Log call data into computer system

  • Help troubleshoot product issues

  • Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

    Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center

  • 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)

  • Typing 40WPM minimum
