Benefits package also includes 10.25% paid into WA PERS by employer, 10 company paid holidays, and 17 days of paid time off in the first year.The Council for the Homeless (CFTH) operates the Housing Solutions Center, our community’s one-stop access point for over 40 housing assistance programs, including emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, and programs designed for specific populations such as families or unaccompanied youth. Staff and volunteers at the Housing Solutions Center work with clients to assess their housing needs and connect them to their best fit housing solution, as well as connect them to services in the community that will help them on their journey toward safe and stable housing. Housing Coordinators also work closely with partner agencies to understand referral needs and identify those eligible for program.Position SummaryThe position of Administrative Coordinator plays an integral role in ending homelessness within Clark County. The role is responsible for performing administrative coordination related to five primary areas. Incoming and outgoing payment processing, agency-wide meeting coordination, a variety of special projects in support of staff including Development and Communications assistance, and facilitating the agency’s overall operations through seamless office functions.Responsibilities Include:• Greet guests, answer phone calls and respond to e-mails in a trauma-informed, professional and timely manner. Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with colleagues.• Respond to incoming requests for information from the public, community partners that are in person, by email or over the phone.• Sort, log and route incoming mail and donations.• Support the bookkeeper with needed invoicing questions, error corrections or mailings.• Process, file and assure W-9 forms for outgoing vendor payments.• Support the Executive Director as requested with all Board of Director engagement, with calendaring, meetings, follow-up, logistics and other needed support.• Coordinate meetings and staff trainings, including logistics, material preparation, attendee communication, minutes and follow-up.• Update the CFTH website, as needed.• Reconcile Motel Voucher invoices and other ongoing program costs, as needed.• Coordinate all reasonable accommodation requests.• Keep CFTH-wide documents up-to-date and accurate.• Support the Development and Communications Department through regular data entry, reporting and mailing.• Coordinate annual document retention, compliance and renewals needs.• Practice strong boundaries amongst clients and staff while maintaining a trauma informed environment for all.• Understand and meet all agency confidentiality requirements.• Comply with position and department safety and attendance standards.• Exhibit strong cultural awareness and humility.• Possess a personal and professional commitment to ongoing learning, engagement and change that progresses diversity, equity and inclusion.• Ability to accept feedback as an opportunity to improve and excel.• Be a positive, self-motivated individual who has demonstrated the ability to work independently and well with others
