Kforce Buying Operations Supplier Specialist in Vancouver, Washington
Kforce has a client in Vancouver, WA that is seeking a Buying Operations Supplier Specialist.Responsibilities:
Work with WM and Esprigas to address hospital issues
The Buying Operations Supplier Specialist will keep team on track with meetings and updates
Act as a liaison between suppliers and the Commercial team to ensure successful implementations
Verify pricing across hospital groups for assigned suppliers
The Buying Operations Supplier Specialist will build and maintain effective working relationships with Hospitals, and suppliers
Other job duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, preferred
Prior accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger experience
Intermediate Excel skills required.
Proficient in MS products, to include: Excel, Word and PPT
Proficient in Visio
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables
Experience in supplier onboarding
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and the ability to identify 1099 reportable suppliers based on W9 received
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Remote position for Pacific Time zone
Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job
Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
