Kanaan Communications, LLC Billing Coordinator in Vancouver, Washington

Overview and Essential Functions

This position will perform clerical duties under general supervision at C-2 Utility’s office in Vancouver, Washington To be successful in this position the ability to work independently, effectively, and provide administrative support in a wide variety of areas is needed. This position is an entry level position.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour

What you'll do:

  • Perform accurate data entry

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word)

  • Process subcontractor invoices

  • Create billing spreadsheets

  • Process As-Builts

Qualifications

What you need:

  • 1 or more years of clerical or data entry experience highly preferred

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload

  • Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks by the deadlines set

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Customer Service - Be courteous and polite with customers and homeowners

  • Dependability - Follow instructions, respond to management directions; take responsibility for own actions

  • Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time

  • Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Complete work in a timely manner; Strive to increase productivity.

  • Quality - Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality.
