Join our team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Associate Manager Accounting Integration and play a pivotal role in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Siemens world by implementing our global accounting standards & processes and delivering valuable insights to our management team.

This position is part of the Accounting Integration team and reports to the Director of Accounting Integration. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What role will you play?

  • Our business is continually growing and evolving through Mergers & Acquisitions. You will use your accounting and finance expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses including full consolidation, purchase price allocation and policy alignment.

  • You will be the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and many more.

  • We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, who can support with the deployment of our SAP ERP system and other finance & reporting tools.

  • You will oversee the overall project success by focusing on the big picture, while also deep diving into day-to-day accounting & closing activities.

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and public accounting.

  • Display strong accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgment and excellent attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment.

  • Showcase strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Have advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
