As our Assistant Nurse Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Nurse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Anesthesia Pre-Op unit. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement. From assisting with hiring and staffing to mentoring and developing your team, you'll be a key driver in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. You'll also contribute to budget management, policy development, and the implementation of best practices, all while demonstrating genuine compassion and respect for every individual.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Nurse Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budget monitoring.
Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure adherence to patient care standards, policies, and procedures.
Assist in performance evaluations, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous learning.
Assist with the Clinical Educator.
What You Bring:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or active enrollment with graduation within 3 years.
Minimum of 3 years of applicable nursing experience.
Recent charge nurse experience within the last two years.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
Basic Life Support Certification.
Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Ability to work with generational differences.
Preferred: Financial and budgetary experience.
Preferred: Specialty Certification.
