Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week. This role will be fully onsite with the possibility of moving to hybrid (2 days working from home) after 6 months. Location:Central Business Office (Vancouver, WA) Salary Range: $76,415 - $129,903 salaried **Final offer amounts are determined by a review of the candidate's applicable experience and qualifications, as well as, internal employee equity considerations. Scope: Prepares, processes and maintains activity as assigned for preparation of monthly financial statements. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Implements financial policies and procedures as determined by up-line management for areas including, but not necessarily limited to, general ledger, financial statements, workpapers and supporting documentation, and accounts receivable. Prepares and supports journal entries for all non-system entries. Participates in the completion of the Month End Close Checklist for all assigned action items to insure that the state meets all corporate timelines. Maintains appropriate internal control safeguards over accounting functions. Provides support to department managers, administration and physicians in the preparation, understanding and use of financial information. Prepares the monthly reporting package and draft of the Management Discussion & Analysis document. Analyzes all financial results and summarizes findings with recommendations when appropriate. Supervises clerical staff as assigned. Reviews payroll data and other analysis prepared by staff. Performs EOB analysis as requested. Reconciles all bank and inter-company accounts. Additional duties as directed by the Executive Director and CFO/Controller Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Experience/Training: Minimum five years of experience in fiscal management. Three years public accounting experience preferred. Healthcare experience preferred. CPA preferred.
