Insight Global Application Support Specialist in Vancouver, Washington

Job Description

A client in the PNW area is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their team! This is a permanent/direct hire role that will be a hybrid work environment. In this role you will be responsible for providing the first line of phone support for all internal users of the company across multiple branches. As an application support specialist, you will be providing 95% of remote support and act as the first point of contact for internal users who are needing assistance with system/application issues. These issues will be handled over the phone through their ticketing system. You will also work proactively with the IT Help Desk team to resolve branch user issues, and troubleshooting and resolving issues submitted to support.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of general customer support experience or Bachelor's Degree with customer service experience

2+ years of experience diagnosing and solving basic technical issues with an eagerness to learn this company's internal applications

Excellent communication skills, assisting internal users over the phone

Calm demeanor in the face of tight deadlines/pressure filled situations Familiar with Salesforce, Bullhorn, Paychex, or similar applications null
