Leisure Care Assisted Living Manager in US, Washington

As the Assisted Living Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of personal care services provided by staff to our residents. You will provide direct oversight to the Assisted Living and Memory Care departments. You will manage a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education, and support.

  • Essential Job Functions*

  • Establish staffing guidelines to provide all services to residents.

  • Hire, orient, manage and counsel Resident Assistant staff.

  • Act as liaison between residents, residents- families, management, community organizations and the corporate office.

  • Responsible for overseeing the coordination of resident care and the supervision of caregiving employees.

  • Responsible for billing, budgeting, employee training and other administrative duties.

  • Maintains and ensures all inspections, reporting and proper documentation are current for licensure of community.

  • Will provide the leadership to maintain high employee morale and resident satisfaction as evidenced by the Resident Opinion Survey and the Employee Opinion Survey.

  • Will work the department supervisors to set and meet department goals.

  • Implements resolution to risk management audits, site visits, inspections and applicable surveys as required.

Successful candidates will have current geriatric knowledge with three years- progressive management experience. Bachelor-s degree preferred in health-related field along with strong industry knowledge. WA Administrator-s license is required.
