Amada Senior Care is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to represent our company, must be reliable, professional, and consistent.    WAGES: $200 per assessment + Travel Expense Reimbursement (mileage, bridge tolls, ferry fare, etc.)   JOB DUTIES * Demonstrates support for the agency’s mission statement to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive, compassionate, and effective client service. * Travel to conduct clinical assessments in the following counties: Pierce, King, Thurston, Kitsap, and Mason. * Maintains confidentiality of clients, personnel, and agency operations. * Maintains professional and neat appearance and positive attitude with clients, and personnel. * Assessing patients' health and needs and developing a care plan that fits best for the clients' daily living. * Environment safety assessment You will assess the safety of the patient's environment, Including all DME equipment in the home * Abides by agency policies, procedures, and standards of practice. * Respect the rights of clients and families to have different beliefs, opinions, cultures, and customs. * Performing MMSE test on declining and new clients.   QUALIFICATIONS * Possess and maintain Washington RN license * Experience as a nurse in home-health or home-care setting, a plus! * Ability to read, write, and understand directions in English * Ability to pass a criminal background and references check * A minimum of (2) years of work experience in the healthcare field * Possesses and maintains a current WA State driver’s license * Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance   BENIFTS * Flexible Scheduling * 401k retirement plan
