As a member of the Market Growth team, our Vice President ACA Markets is responsible for the P&L performance of the ACA Individual and Small Group markets across Cambia's footprint - all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system. The VP for ACA Markets is responsible for developing and executing short/long term strategies; line of business management for products purchased on and off the exchange marketplaces; broker and alternate retail channel distribution models for individual consumer health insurance products; seeking to ensure Risk Adjustment results reflect the risk of the population served; key stakeholder engagement and management (Regulators, State Exchange leaders, CMS Account Manager, etc.) and working closely with the Commercial Sales Leaders in each state especially for the Small Group market segment. This position partners with the product management team to define and build the ACA products in support of profitable growth; works closely with Network Management; Government Affairs; Actuary; key members of the Health Services Organization (HSO); Risk Adjustment team and Strategic Communications. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience. * 10+ years of experience in the health insurance market, with a preference for experience in risk-adjusted lines of business. * 10+ years of experience leading teams to deliver exceptional results * Preference for experience leading sales teams to execute on sales plans and drive growth for a line of business or product. Skills and Attributes: * Exceptional business aptitude, including an understanding of the organizational aspects of providing and financing health care coverage in risk-adjusted business. * Strong understanding of local and regional individual market financing and pricing trends. * Strong business analytic skills and the ability to coach others to think and measure business effectiveness using business tools and methodologies. * Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including with C-suite leaders. * Ability to work and influence in a matrix environment * Have an eye towards innovation and emerging trends to support long term objectives What You Will Do at Cambia: * Develop and execute a multi-channel retail exchange strategy consistent with individual consumer health insurance product branding and sales strategy * Collaborate with product management to define, build, and file ACA products that meet market needs and regulatory requirements * Develop strategies in conjunction with Product and the local markets in support of the Small Group segment * Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives * Develop strategic approach and priorities in collaboration with other senior leaders and key stakeholders and aligning with Cambia's overall strategic direction * Oversee the operational and financial performance of the ACA line of business, including P&L management and budgeting * Ensure comp To view the full job description,
