As a Shop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinates activities of workers engaged in: setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery and equipment, maintaining supply inventory, delegating tasks to shop employees, and administrative duties. You will also work closely with HSE and maintenance to document, implement and audit safety measures, and monitor shop budget ensuring expenses are in line and variances can be explained. Critical for success is the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions. The salary range for this position is $34.00-47.00 per hour. This information reflects the expected base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:
5+ years of relevant experience and/or training
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
Associate’s degree from two year college or technical school in related field (Desired)
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and current Federal Medical Card (Desired)
