In this role, you'll play a key part in designing and developing engaging learning experiences that empower our users to master Cribl's cutting-edge data management solutions. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, leverage your deep product knowledge, and apply your instructional design expertise to craft high-quality courses and curriculums as part of Cribl's official training brand, Cribl University. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will need to be flexible, excel working in fast-paced environments all while taking pride in delivering exceptional technical education content where EVERY DETAIL MATTERS.The ideal candidate for this role understands technical learning and has a passion for creating highly-valued learning experiences that engage learners. In addition, you should be skilled in visual learning design, and able to excel while working both independently and collaboratively. Technical experience or a background in the data space is required, especially with an emphasis on instructional design and content building.
