ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. •Provide troubleshooting on systems used for operational management of schools;•Assist in continued operations process improvements; •Ensure reports and data requests within the individual's assigned areas are resolved in a timely manner; •Participate in responsibilities related to school and corporate compliancy requirements;•Assist to ensure student funding data is accurate; •Participate in funding maximization projects; •Assist in operational data analysis and report compilation; •Help create, maintain, and disseminate operational information; •Proactively seeks out opportunities to provide operational support that contributes to providing excellent service to the schools and their clients. •Proactively works with families and students to address potential school attendance barriers. •Works with teachers to monitor student adherence to the school's attendance policies and e-mails, calls and sends auto-dial notices to targeted student population; •Recommends families to the grade-level principal for truancy meetings as necessary;•Attends truancy meetings with school administrators; •Ensures state compliancy guidelines are met for student attendance;•Ensure school policy and state requirements are met with regard to all withdrawals; •Produces attendance/truancy reports for the school, county and state; •Works with counselors and other support staff to assist students in situations where referrals to service agencies are necessary; •Works with families and teachers to develop action plans to improve truancy levels; •Works with Director, Parental Involvement, Manager of Special Programs, Head of School, and local board to develop improved procedures that address attendance; •Works with families and community support staff to prevent/deter juvenile delinquency; •Develops and implements educational workshops related to truancy law for school staff and families; •Ass
