*Real Estate Services GIS & Data Systems Specialist (TPS4) Tumwater, WA -- Headquarters $76,608 -- $103,008 Annually * Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a Transportation Planning Specialist 4 to serve as a Real Estate Services Geographic Information System (GIS) and Data Systems Specialist for the Development Division in Tumwater, WA. Reporting to the Real Estate Services Program Administrator, this specialist serves as the statewide geospatial data development and data management lead for WSDOT's real estate assets. This position will provide analytical support for the Real Estate Services' acquisition and lease/surplus program, capital projects, the Access Management program, the Utilities program, the Developer Services program, public and legislative inquiries, and other programs requiring data concerning WSDOT's real estate assets. The Real Estate Services GIS & Data Systems Specialist will also provide general geospatial and data analysis support to Real Estate Services statewide, including establishing and facilitating effective data storage and retrieval systems, consistent with lean data principles, industry best practices, and agency geospatial data standards.
