The HR Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR operations through meticulous data audits, supporting compliance reporting, and providing HR metrics support. They will be instrumental in M&A and RIF support and will conduct thorough process analysis to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department. •As an HR Business Analyst you will: * Conduct comprehensive data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data * Pull reports and completes report analysis * Oversee/support certain aspects of system implementation including efforts to keep project(s) and support work on schedule, and to specification * Organize and/or create appropriate program documentation and communications * Support the creation and maintenance of compliance reports, adhering to legal and company standards * Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives * Additional responsibilities may include; coordinating global User Acceptance Testing (UAT), take part in HR system testing, assist the change management team with various OCM tasks, and provide ad-hoc support to other HR projects and programs The ideal candidate will have * Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR analytical role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and PowerBI. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities. * Strong process improvement skills and a track record of implementing successful enhancements. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. This is a full-time, Temp to hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Pay Rate: $30.00-32.00/hr.
