About this role: CyberArk is looking for an IT Cloud and Infrastructure engineer who is security focused with a proactive attitude towards infrastructure and technologies both on-premises and in the cloud. In this role you were be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the corporate infrastructure that supports the business. You will be part of a global team and responsible for infrastructure across the globe. The role will require professional, hands-on capability and the ability to work tightly with other IT peers to ensure times and deliverables are met with excellent communication and documentation skills. What you will do: Work with a wide range of technologies spanning both on-premises and cloud infrastructure Maintain and support the corporate network and all its encompassing services. Architect and implement new services ensuring to adhere to industry best practices. Recommend improvements on processes and technologies wherever possible. Lead IT Infrastructure projects across the business, working in tight collaboration with peers to meet deadlines and provide deliverables. How you will stand out from the crowd: Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Xen) and their underlying infrastructure. Strong VMWare fundamentals and understanding of Virtual Machines, VM Templates, Networking/Port Groups/vSwitches, Datastores/vSAN, capacity planning, high availability, etc. Understanding of server clustering and shared storage technologies. Good networking fundamentals and understanding of the OSI model to identify the layers you are working/troubleshooting in. In-depth knowledge of server technologies (Windows and Linux) and understanding of a TCP/IP Windows environment (DHCP/DNS/Subnetting) In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and it\'s underlying services (PKI, Site Interconnectivity, Group Policy, etc.) Experienced with endpoint engineering tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, etc. Experienced with Azure AD, Office365, and other Microsoft cloud technologies. Experie nce creating and maintaining resources in AWS (Preferred), Azure, or GCP. Ability to automate tasks with scripting (PowerShell, Python, bash, etc.) Security-focused with a proactive mindset and the ability to offer improvement recommendations for processes and infrastructure. Excellent communicator and strong documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple activities at the same time and lead complex projects from start to finish. 5+ Years of experience in a similar role in a hi-tech company.
