Washington State Insurance Commissioner HR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT in TUMWATER, Washington

OIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY * * The Office of the Insurance Commissioner's (OIC) Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to fill a HR Technical Consultant position.  This position is assigned to the Operations Division, located in our Tumwater office.   Are you interested in expanding your career in the HR field? Then consider enhancing your skills and knowledge by applying for the Human Resource Consultant 2 (or Human Resource Consultant 1 in-training) position *within the OIC.    This position will focus on tracking key HR metrics and analyzing them to provide valuable insights for the team. By closely monitoring metrics such as employee turnover rate, diversity and inclusion statistics, it will enhance the HR teams ability to make data-driven decision. Through a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback, this role will play a crucial part support the HR strategies.     This is a Washington General Service position.
