Description RN Wound Specialist - Providence Home Health in King County, WA. $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Service Area: East King County Job Description: The Registered Nurse Wound Specialist is responsible for providing evaluation, nursing services, consultation and education for staff regarding wound care. Functions independently and/or in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team based on the patient's identified needs. Practice is within the scope defined by the Washington State Nurse Discipline Practice Act, based on the nursing process model and concept of community health nursing therapy. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year Nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications: Current WOCN license upon hire, Or Licensed as Wound Care Specialist or Enterostomal Therapist upon hire. Why Join Providence?
