Roles and Responsibilities: Champions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior * Monitors environment and becomes aware of conditions that may affect employee safety and security; takes corrective action * Communicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies * Prepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, machine operation, and quality assurance training to new employees * Prepares documentation and provides performance feedback to introductory employees * Provides feedback to plant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior * Ensures employees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise their duties * Operates blow mold machines and other related equipment * Analyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, and other data to drive production requirements * Performs and/or assigns personnel to conduct audits, weights and quality checks * Troubleshoots and resolves process problems and makes minor repairs to blow-mold and support equipment * Prepares and documents daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other Targeted Pay Range: $27.31 - $34.90 Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years experience High School diploma Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing Experience Associates degree or equivalent We Believe in Rewarding our Most Important Resource - Our People!
