Job Description The Part Mark Lead will assign work, instruct, resolve job difficulties, obtain, and supply tools and materials to a group of employees engaged in the manufacturing of parts. The lead will also set up and operate machines to part mark and package work pieces to specification. Duties & Responsibilities Assigns operators to machines. Reviews any quality items with operators. Prioritizes work/reviews work queue for part mark employees. Reviews supplies and pulls kan ban cards as needed. Communicates issues/priorities with production control. Working knowledge and ability to perform all functions of the parts marker job description. Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly workstation and performs basic machine upkeep. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience. Knowledge of shop practices & procedures. Ability to read blueprints, documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Computer skills, including knowledge of Word & Excel. Effective communication skills. Ability to take direction from Supervisor or Manager. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.50 to $23.99 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
