Rainier Industries Industrial Sewing Machine Operator in Tukwila, Washington
Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are home to one of the largest fabric finishing facilities in the country.
We are looking for an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. Our sewing team creates award winning projects of all types like yurts, tents of all sizes and types, Sea2Sky marine canvas products, custom display & industrial art projects, tensile structures, banners, custom industrial fabric products and more! * The ideal candidate will have/be: *
- Intermediate to advanced sewing skills required.
- Experience with industrial sewing machines, sergers, bartacks and related equipment required.
- Double needle industrial sewing machine experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- High level of dependability and punctuality
- A willingness to learn and take directions from other teammates.
Compensation: This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. Starting pay is $18.29 to $18.50 per hour.
