Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing information; responding to requests; resolving problems. Duties: *Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
*Advises customers by providing information on merchandise.
Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions.
Resolves customer concerns by identifying the problem, explaining pertinent information to the customer when supporting them during any process of a sale (e.g., before, during, or after sale)
*Openly communicates with team members; forwarding information to appropriate parties and communicating all information to support team.
*Files documents; files accurately and thoroughly.
*Maintains visual appeal of store and merchandise; responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms;
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
